Usage
Suggested Use: Shake well before using. Adults: One (1) teaspoon daily; can be taken month-long. Dilute in 2-3 ounces of water, or to taste. May also be taken undiluted, or diluted in hot water for a delicious herbal tea.

Avoid use during pregnancy and while nursing, or if taking oral contraceptives. Use with caution if on anti-coagulant/anti-platelet medications, or with prescription diuretics.
